Pam has been part of the team since 2019 and has had varying roles and now undertakes all administration and management tasks for the programme.

 

Diann Thoms

Oscar Supervisor

Diann joined WASP after 30 years at NZ Post and raising her children through to adulthood. Diann loves spending time with our wasp children either playing boardgames or in the garden at WASP growing flowers as well as tending the veggie garden with our little kids who have green fingers. Diann will sometimes bring her best friend Opi to WASP who is working towards her Gold Canine Good Citizen Certificate.

 

Amanda Larsen

Oscar Supervisor

Amanda joined our team as a casual team member at WASP after having her children attend the programme and has now joined our permanent team. By day Amanda provides delicious meals and snacks at a local preschool and due to her expertise in this area now takes care of our little tummies at WASP before school and afterwards with a filling snack. Amanda is very creative and provides a never ending range of craft activities for the children to enjoy. Amanda enjoys time with her children in her down time.

 

Kerita Stowers

OSCAR PROGRAMME RELIEVER/ HOLIDAY PROGRAMME & TERM TIME

Kerita has been a part of WASP since 2019 in varying roles and enjoys all things energetic, whether its dancing, music or sports Kerita is in the center of the fun and full of energy which our children love. Kerita has a keen interest in supporting youth

 
 

Madison Messervy

OSCAR PROGRAMME RELIEVER -Holiday Programme & Term Time

Madison has been part of our team for over a year now and enjoys spending time with the children doing crafts or making up dance routines. Madison also teaches dance at a local Dance School and studies in Christchurch

 

Susan Hornigold

OSCAR PROGRAMME RELIEVER

Susan has been with WASP for many years and despite trying to retire twice still comes in to support WASP as a reliver during term time and on our Holiday Programme. Susan loves spending time with our children listening to any stories they want to share about their day and enjoys being part of their day. Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and children when not at WASP and is partial to weekly Aqua and coffee with friends as well as trips in her caravan whilst enjoying her semi retirement
